So I saw a video of the A-11 offense last year sometime and just remembered it. According to A-11 Offense homepage it states that the reason behind the offense is to reduce injuries and allow for more speedy players. Another main point is that it is trying to let all 11 offensive players eligible to catch a ball. The formation stretches the offense from side to side, it is really difficult to see who is considered a lineman and who isn’t. Although it produces great yardage and has good reviews, it is still banned in most high school conferences and in the NCAA. I consider the A-11 Offense a wildcat offense but it actually works.
