So me and my roommate are obsessed with the show “All Things Dexter.” Just started it yesterday and we are almost done with the first season (one episode to be exact). So the title “HOTorNOT: Dexter Babe” is referring to a a character on the show. Her name is Rita and she plays as Dexter’s girlfriend, or in real life its Julie Benz. [If you need to know, she is 37 years old]
